Wind fence on Truck Dumps
A truck dump it is one of those applications that normally are extremily exposed to wind effects, but the dust control strategy doesn't change from any other application where a passive and and active (ADSTM Dry Fog Dust Suppression System) dust control system must work together to get a successful solve the dust problem. The first aproach is always to install a stilling shed to isolate the pocket from external influences, but in some applications a windfence could be the correct way to add the passive part of the dust control system. Similar to what we suggest on unloading hoppers, A windfence will give containment and retention time to the Dust Suppression System agglomerate the particules and control the dust.
